I AM NOT LIKE 2 MONTHS LATE AT ALL I AM JUST VERY FASHIONABLY LATE BECAUSE OF REASONS!! 
Anyhow, this was one of my many, many school projects where this time we were supposed to make a Halloween picture while at the same time challenge yourself, and so I went completely nuts and decided that this time I shall make a proper background!!
and so I went to work, I had a idea for what I wanted, wanted my Sly Cooper oc Connie dressed up as a vampire sliding down a rope using her cane with a big bag over her shoulder, but I was unable to so... I based it on a screenshot from the Sly Cooper 4 trailer, or rather the one with Dimitri if any of you recall xD dunno if I need to give copyright to it and all though... because I have changed allot of things so it barely resembles the original 
let's move on, the background took sooo long to make! first I made like a base of the buildings, then some lines, then some colour and so on like a hundred times until I finally went into SAI and linearted all the buildings! and I have to admit I am pretty proud of how it all turned out C: there is a bunch of things which is not that great but which I can overlook, because it still look great! for me at least~ anyhow, and then I had to start working on Connie, and she is the sole reason for this not getting finished earlier, because I was stuck colouring her and then just been busy and forgetting about it, like usual >3>
So that's it! I am very proud of myself for finishing this and I hope you all like it even though it is sooo damn late and soon it will be Christmas and yeah xD

My hand hurts so much like wiabidbwaibdawidas the pain! Dx this is why I don't work that much on pictures on the computer anymore, cu'z my hand ends up hurting like I don't know what!!

Despite the boat sailing on Halloween for this piece; it doesn't mean it's too late during Christmas time to do so. Nightmare Before Christmas anyone? ;D

I actually assumed she was hopping around Thadeus Winslow Cooper's time. She has a sort of steampunk look to her as does this town. I know you based it off the Sly 4 trailer (which is awesome BTW: someone needs to draw that sexy bunny girl XD).
I like the strokes you used in the sky. Goes well with the style. A bit of surrealism in this vampiric setting really helps shine through.
Nice work on the buildings and the background. I have very little patience with those since I'm more about character. But overall solid work. ^^
